Post Kill Privacy -- Kill Gun Rights

The Fourth, with its assumption that our private information and private possessions belong to us and can't be taken by government without wrongdoing on our part plus rigorous due process on government's part, is even more vital than the Second.

our rights as citizens to protect ourselves will be under attack from now on.

with being in a more technical age with cell phones, smart phones and the internet, new age means new laws.

All of the Amendments are critical. If one goes, so go the others.

Everything in the article is correct IMO. The time has long passed when we could work with the opposition for an agreement that everyone could live with for all time. The antis are now, and have been for some time, out to outlaw civilian gun ownership and will never stop. Every time that we make a concession they immediately come back with more demands. When we fight them tooth and nail, even when we loose, the antis have to expend monetary and political capital. It takes them time to regroup and recouperate. The time is long gone when we could work with these people. We have to push back against them HARD on each and every anti gun measure they propose.
