I thought that this was interesting:
"Scholars have interpreted this to mean that as long as the government provides for free elections and trials by jury, private citizens have no right to take up arms against the government."
The government provided free elections and trials by jury during the Japanese internment camps, so by that logic those people didn't have the right to fight back against the government? I'm pretty sure that if someone is trying to put you into a concentration camp you have the right to fight back- proving why we need the second amendment .
