Notice the bumper stickers on the back of his gun cabinet. They were in English, correction American. Apparently we have brothers in arms over the pond. Hooooooraaaaa!

That just means there would be a lot more people in the military. Because that's the only way you get to keep a gun in your house. And I am all for that .

When the government provides things "free" it means taxpayers cover the bill.

But I am in favor of a country that understands its real power comes from the populace, armed and well-trained.

Company I work for is HQ'd in Switzerland- and a HUGE number of folks at HO are shooters. When they found out that I shoot a K-31, I wound up with a bayonet, sling, cleaning kit, stripper clips, and a muzzle cap (and an invitation to the range)

Kinda nice.

Every male citizen of Switzerland is automatically in the Army. Makes for great justification to have and bear arms.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks this.
Only difference, I wish Canada was like that since I don like south of the border.

The funny thing? It's not even because their government gives them "free" ammunition for the range. It's literally because your in the military from birth. To me that seems as though a lot of people are smarter and more respect full over there.

And they speak "English" much better than I speak Swiss, and English, too, for that matter.
