already a crap load here, they just need to stop setting on their asses every election and copping out by saying "My vote doesn't count, Chicago decides every election"

There's 2.7 million people in Chicago. There's 10.2 million people in the rest of the State (12.9 million total)

To blame election results on Chicago is nothing but abject stupidity. But you wait and see, this next election *will* be different. They've rustled the bushes and threatened our already restricted rights.

Well the problem is if you win your appeal it will then sit on the governors desk till he decides if he wants to sign it. I have a friend going through that now. It can sit on his desk for a year or so. Good luck.
