My brother lived in Seabrook and commuted to Houston then and said the same thing about the crime icrease in Huston from the Katrina transplants. Couple of years later, after the the hurricane that hit Galviston, alot of these same Katrina transplants were raising hell and commiting some looting around the receeding flooded areas by Seabrook. However, he said it was safe until about 1:00 PM with these types. Thats when the bums got up.
