Default Old article from 2007. HOA have too much power!

This is probably the one NRA sued and won in 2009. Not sure if that is the right case.

This tells you HOAs have too much power. If the folks fall asleep at the wheel and no checks and balances - this what happens! Even in TN!

This might be an old article, did not see a date on it, sure enough dated from 2007!

Many people who run those property management companies have no clue. They dream up Mickey Mouse trash while dope peddlers and home invaders overrun the development.

I have 4.14 acres about 30 miles from Tucson AZ, and there ain't no one as to tell me what I can and cain't do out here.

This is why I refuse to live in an area with an HOA. I would either run out of ammo or places to hide the detritus.

I used to live in an appartment that had a No Firearms rule... I got out as soon as I could.

And you left, why?

Disregard. I put my glasses on straight and reread your post.
