Support H.R. 575: To express the sense of the Congress that the United States should not adopt any treaty that poses a threat to national sovereignty or abridges any rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution, such as the right to keep and bear arms, and to withhold funding from the United Nations unless the President certifies that the United Nations has not taken action to restrict, attempt to restrict, or otherwise adversely infringe upon the rights of individuals in the United States to keep and bear arms, or abridge any of the other constitutionally protected rights of citizens of the United States.

It should go without saying. So how is a law that says that they can't ignore existing law, going to fix anything?

So, how many laws is congress already in violation of with regard to the lack of a budget for 4 years? Hows that being enforced?
Border Enforcement anyone?
Fast & Furious?
DOMA?
We are now subject to a Thugocracy. More laws won't reign in the lawless.

Obama has already invited the UN to another ATT hearing. Wasn't this done a day after the reelection? I believe it's in March..?

Dick Morris explained his theory a few months ago about how they are going to pass it legally without the HR since the ATT has already been tried. I could be wrong.

That's right. This administration has no respect for boundaries or laws. Passing another won't make much difference to Obummer.
