I don't know, but it's making the rounds on the internet that someone plans to open an Muslim gay bar right next door.

I heard on the AM-Jam radio this morning that there's a guy saying he wants to build a gay bar next to it. And a strip club on the other side.

Greg Gutfield is supposedly going to build a muslim gay bar next to the mosque. He talks frequently about this on his show red eye (3am eastern time) on Fox news. He sounds pretty serious about it, and has even went on Orielly and Beck talking about it. From what he says he already has the financial backing. His goal is to test there tolerence and willingness to build dialoge. Hope he goes through with it.

Well I doubt the gun shop will make any money unless they do most business over the internet. I am under the impression that buying a gun in NYC is a PITA.
And what exactly is a Muslim gay bar? I mean I understand gay bars, but what will make this a Muslim gay bar. And how Muslim are the people that would attend this bar, I thought homosexuality was not allowed by the koran.
As for the strip club, there are already 2 right in the area.

From what i understand it wont serve alchohol unlsess they find another building because you cannot serve alchohol within a certain range of a place of worship. My best guess would be that it would be Mideast themed. As for the alleged article on the gun shop i would guess that that particular article is total BS.
