So hammers are "weapons" now?

Must be one of those 'Assault hammers'

Note the dark, almost black color.

Sorry, standard hammer is not an assault weapon even if its black! Only if they are air nailers (and for good cause), must be either Semi-Auto or auto to be an Assault Weapon (Wiki). After all these years, Maxwell Silverhammer is still roaming the streets with a weapon of mass destruction yet BHO Dont Care!

I gotta say, I do get suspicious when I see Someone lurking doing a Mexican Carry of a Framing air nailer hosed up, dragging a compressor, those galvanized spikes are killer...

They will outlaw a jewelers hammer for sure, "to easy to conceal!" How about sledge hammers? Would they be considered a "WMD"?

Why stop at hammers. What about automobiles, Booze, Sporting equiptment, Knives, scissors. Hell if we start to ban everything that might kill someone, we might as well all be Amish.

I think the move this time will surpass the 2 nd Amendment. I really expect to see an assault on the Ist Amendment. There will be a challange calling for a ban on gun use. This will be aimed at out door hunting programs. Any Ads selling ammo or firearms will be banned as were cigarettes.
Hollywood will be able to continue its war on legal use of firearms with violent movies. This has been working very well. The Police in Conn. are going to trace the firearms back to the assembly lines where they were made. Well they are going to convict that AR-15 and they plan to execute the firearms.

So my thought is this butt head tried to buy a gun on Tuesday before the killings. He was turned down. So, I would say the "system" is working.

What about gang related shootings? Sometimes you hear about them and sometimes you dont. I say they get equal time with what is going on in this world.
