Default Gun owning law

I am interesting in obtaining my CCW and had a question regarding the laws for them, I live in california with a record.

1. 5150 detainment over 5 years ago.
2. Trespassing ticket 5 months ago.

Will either of these prevent me from being able to obtain a firearm?

Here's where you'll get your answers. Don't trust your liberty to the interwebz.

Bureau of Firearms - California Dept. of Justice - Office of the Attorney General
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”Samuel Adams
