Any entity which willfully and ignorantly endangers my life should, IMHO,

be held liable.

Right now that includes a lot of states and federal agencies, for starters...

Alsaqr, if this is true, I find it hard to believe that not one CCW holder was in the theater and armed. Especially on opening night of a popular movie, I would think the theater would be packed and the sheer number of people would mean someone was legally carrying. Obviously I could be wrong, but I would think statistically something must've kept the legal CCW holders, even if only a few, from bringing their weapons in.
