The History AXX of the Socialist take overs of Russia, Germany etc. is rooted in the use of mental health issues to remove opposition. It is much easier to simply decree mental illness than go through a lengthy criminal justice process.
Americans keep you lights on bright. Mental illness is now the Silver Bullet for killing 2nd Amendment rights. You will need a firearms owners card and a annual battery of mental test to keep a firearm. American are slowly adopting the Socialist values the state is first. The individual will always be protected no risk. It spells no Democracy.

Americans have accepted seat belts, air port body searches, laws on food and medicine and even sweet deserts. Why are you surprised they are using decrees to allow the use of fire arms. Many states require a hunting licenses to have a firearm while walking in woods.

Most people in the woods will take game when it's just to easy... Where is your hunting license? I would advise getting a sportsmans license. They cost more but you are covered anywhere they require a sporting permit.

Then contact your state leadership and get it changed.

I will assume that the quote below is not a response to what I said. If wrong I am wrong, then say so.

And what would this do? Criminals don't obey the law, so this does nothing. Requiring this is also a violation of our rights. I have the right to buy a gun how I want, when I want, and where I want. If I don't trust someone, then I will either go through an FFL by choice, or back out of the deal.

That's easier said than done when certain people think the class should be a requirement...

The quote below is directed at you if you are supportive of universal background checks. If not, then disregard it.

So, Tex, how have you been affected by the 25 initiatives? Personally I have not even noticed them.

ummmm......how about that they have not been enacted upon yet.....

l'll ask you blunt question. if Obama passed a law, or repealed the 2nd amendment and made all firearms illegal to own or possess by civilians, and made it mandatory foy you to surrender all your firearms, would you?

very simple question, but your answer will be used in how others here will put any credence in your comments thus forward.

of course you can avoid or change the subject like you have done so many times before.

So Chain, when are you going to drop the party line crap? You've defended Obama through everything. Even the attempted assault weapons ban and high capacity magazine ban. Even the Liberals are getting tired of his crap (I've browsed one of their forums).

i believe Chainfire either has me on ignore or is just outright refusing to answer my question. the liberal approach has always been to stick you head in the sand and pretend a problem doesn't exist when you have no answers.
