late last year, when i went to the doctor for a stomach virus, the nurse asked me this question. "did i own firearms? how many did i own?"
Seriously??!! I don't think I could've left there without finding out why they wanted to know.

the best answer i got was it was a required questioning now!

really i don't care. they can ask, doesn't mean they are going to get an answer! or least a correct answer!

how many guns do you own CLR8TER? doesn't matter. it's none of my business nor anyone else's business how many guns you own. that's my viewpoint.

I can see this now if my doctor or nurse were to ask me those questions, TDS92A, do you have any guns, if so, how many?

My response would be, None of your damn business and I will be finding a new doctor now. Good bye.

Fortunately my doctor has not done this yet. I have a good doctor!!

Well he is for now. I will know more in December when I go in for my 100,000 mile check up.

Obummer can write an executive order, but it is still subject to court scrutiny. If the courts find it un-constitutional, it will be struck down. I know if he could get away with it he would order us all to turn them in. He cannot, so he won't.

Stand strong, agitate, notify and harass your congrass people. Let them lead the fight with our push. Contribute to and work for your state gun groups. Help out the good Senators and Reps.

We can win this!

Well, I'll answer your question; not enough! LOL, I COMPLETELY agree with you, though.

I keep waiting for this to happen; down here, I think I could easily get away with "why, did you lose yours and need one?"

The dude at the sporting goods store who is helping you choose the best gunsafe, he has reason to ask but should really be polite by asking "how many will you need to secure with this safe?"

My Dr. is a 2A proponent. He is very much in the minority around here though.
I love listening to his I hate the government intervention in my job speeches. He knows I own guns though, because he has seen me at the range before
I think the only thing he has ever been curious about was if he could shoot any of my guns I had with me at the range.

I've been seeing quite a few doctors over the past year, nothing like this has ever come up with any of them.
