This is sort of off the subject, but it does relate to the 4th Amendment, which was violated en mass in N.O.

The Constitution is being ignored by the executive branch. The time is growing short for rescuing the Constitution.

Oh give it up Locutus! It has been established ad nauseum that the confiscations happened in New Orleans. It can reasonably be argued that it could happen again.

Locutus is dead-on on many topics, but he is a bit more trusting of the current government than some of us are. I believe he grew up when it was doing a better job.

I would suspect that the folks in N.O. will be a more prepared if this happens again.

There was another "shooting incident" on "Momma Day", where 2 or 3 retardo's fired into a parade in N.O. I know I'm paranoid, but why are there suddenly so many of these incidents? It sure is "convenient" for Obummer's push to disarm the citizens. Coincidence? I don't think so.

This has been happening for decades. A few years ago, it wouldn't have made the news outside of SE Louisiana. Local news only.

After Newtown, the news media smelled blood and now they report and sensationalize every single shooting.

Coverage of such events is certainly higher... but the sensationalized constant coverage fostered by the 24 hr news cycle has been going on since the early 90's when the big cable networks began to supplant local evening news and the ratings wars really took off between them.

These events are getting much more coverage... but they have been for the last two decades.

The frequency and scale of events certainly appears to have picked up since the 08 collapse and BHO taking office.
