Also can i keep firearms stored at a range or a friends house whos parents agree?That way they arent in his possesion.

The nra may know of a good lawyer in your area. It will not be cheap.

You would probably want your mother's permission in writing. But, these are questions you & your family should ask an attorney. Your mother could probably find a decent one with a few phone calls; they might not talk to you alone.
