That was one of the laws rep rick rand spoke of yesterday with me. He was proud of that law that was passed. He said not only is that good for kentuckians to be able to carry legally in the entire state, it also keeps confusion down to a minimum because you won't have to worry about which city, county or district has different gun laws. This keeps law abiding citizens safe from prosecution if they don't know a certain cities law....
