Default A good day Nationally, and in Florida...
The "Patriot Act" extension was defeated! (for now)

We may save our constitution yet.

We also won a major victory in Florida, Senate Bill # 402 passed by a vote of 3/2. House bill #45 ALSO passed by a vote of 10/4.
(In both cases AYES were all Republican, NAYS were all Democrat)

Both these bills help give teeth to the pre-emptive gun law uniformity legislation, f.s. 790.33, of 1987,

which had no power for enforcement until now. For years, townships and counties

in Florida flouted the law simply because there was no way to enforce it.
