All an informed consumer needs is 2 books. A checkbook for investments and a phone book for replacements.

I have my motorcycle insurance through GEICO. I am drafting an e-mail to them for clarification about this issue. The Snopes write up leaves much to be learned. Are they anti-gun or was the vehicle being used for commercial purposes not disclosed in the original application? They certainly have some "splainin' to do".

Rather that drop to make my point, I prefer to give them the opportunity to fix the "problem" or explain the "rest of the story".

I just sent an e-mail requsting a further explanation from GEICO. I would encourage all to contact them for a response. Let them know there is a strong pro 2A movement in the Country. Other companies pay attention to stories like this. Make our point now and prevent the fight later.

Thank you Bigcountry. I have just cancelled Geico and took up with USAA. Thanks for the heads-up!

I use USAA. I wouldn't do business with geico or progressive, simply because they just suck.
