If you think there is any difference between a DEM and a REP than you have been completely brainwashed and should ask for you money back
you forgot SCOTUS Justice Roberts

I keep looking at F&F and wondering if we're missing a bigger picture. Is there more to this then just gun control?

I'm with Dog on this one.

You can't blindly vote "R" or "D" and expect it to be in the best interest of anyone.

You can't join the NRA, send in your membership dues and wait for them to suddenly reverse 50 years of bad decision making, sneaky back room deals, questionable spending practices and all around slimy behavior.

Everyone in a position of power is to blame for the state we are in. Everyone! The only way to reverse the trend is to vote out every incumbent and force change.

Set off the equivalent of a nuke on election day and vote out everyone who is currently in power. Force new blood into every available seat.

Because really, what have you got to lose that isn't already up for grabs?

JD

Agreed and then if the new guys screw up and don't do what is in the best interest/desire of the people, vote them all out again. It would not take long for them to get the picture. Do what the people who elected you want or find a new job. Sadly all politicians are attention seeking whores who only have their own interests in mind.

Well not just Roberts, Ginsburg too (thanks Reagan! ) As I said in another thread, illigal activity by our Gov't agains't it's poeple cannot be tolerated. Everyone involved, from F&F's inception, needs to be put to the rack and have every ounce of information pulled out of them

Frankly we just need to clean house dig a big hole and cover the bodies over then find new blood to take their place and remind them that we still own the back hole.

i agree that we need to vote for a change, a drastic change. vote for who is pro 2nd admendment vote for those who want to keep jobs here in America instead of outsourcing them overseas, vote for those who want to eliminate welfare programs for the freeloaders, vote for those who want ot close our borders to the flood of illegal immigrants who are taking away jobs and getting free benefits without being taxed because they are illegal and vote for those who oppose gun control laws and support criminal control as in more states with Castle Laws and CC which give more rights to the law abiding citizen vs. the criminal.

get involved with politics, by emailing your representative and senators. find out where they stand on these issues that directly affect our lives. join a group that defends our 2nd admendmnet rights like the NRA. get active and talking on these forums is another good way to get more people informed of what's at stake.

the GOP has shown me no reason why they should not suffer the same fate as the DEM's did in 10'

Career politicians are a cancer that can only be cured by the people

I vote for giving the straight line winds of last week another shot at DC. Maybe we will get lucky and some of congress would be term limited.

1. Never vote for the guy in office. After a person spends one day inside the beltway in elected office or appointed office they are tainted and cannot be trusted by anyone for any reason. Will Rogers was right. Diapers and politicians should be changed often, and for the same reason.
2. Vote with your wallet every day. Know who you trade with and how they vote. Don't trade with people or companies that are selling us out like *ahem* google.

One year of 80 million gun owners doing those 2 things and America looks drastically better and the war on our founders is all but over.
