I'm still waiting to see if our new, or rewording of, our own right to bear arms state amendment, now grants constitutional carry. No one seems to know as the concealed carry laws here haven't been challenged under the new rewording just yet. I figure it will take a court case to set a precedent.
Agreed, but who will be willing to be the one to challenge it?

“The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms.”
― Samuel Adams

“If ever a time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.”
― Samuel Adams

Rough times ahead. Good luck W.F.

So, while WB is writing letters to his governor, the governor of MS (my home state, and I'm proud of it) has written his own letter to his LtG, and his speaker of the house.

Has there been a response yet from the ltg or the speaker? I am interested in hearing what they have to say about this as I am awaiting a phone call to meet my state representative here in Kentucky.

Don't know yet. But in Mississippi, usually, what the governor wants, the governor gets. I don't imagine this will be any different.

I've heard there are places in Alabama that resembles upstate New York and we have some great gun laws. Just know the door is always open and we will leave the porch light on. Just please be sure none of them there ass hat liberal stowaway and make it down here. That wouldn't be to good for'em.
