Everyone has something they don't like wether it's by choice or nature. It's no concern to me. Everybody has opinions they are going to state. I personally dis like ALL dogs other than the two breeds I breed. That's my opinion and I live by it

Yeah, I can't stand all those yapping rat-waffles under 25 pounds.

They should be labeled as a different species.

To lump them in with Retrievers, Shepherds, Setters and other

full-size dogs over 85 pounds is a joke.

In FL you are protected against civil action after legally defending yourself from a human but not a dog.

My process and yes I have been attacked.

Yell and stand my ground while not looking in the dogs eyes.
Depending on the size of the dog or aggressive nature I would draw my gun as I was yelling(hopefully the owner would be around at this point).
The next part will be me either having words with the owner or a click bang for the dog.

Have a plan in place because its tough to devise one once you have been bitten because the plan then is usually to kick punch and scream like a school girl .

Some dogs are just vocal and not aggressive. My dog will bark at you right up to the point where she licks you to death.

A can of wasp spray is good up till 20 feet, placed in the dogs eyes he will stop in his tracks and won't be a problem, Dog owners beware. You are responsible for your dogs actions......

In indiana its perfectly legal to shoot a dog if its acting in a threatening manner. My sister in law and her boyfriend were both bitten by a neighborhood dog that has a reputation around town for not being very friendly. She called the police and got them involved and the dogs owner volunteered to pay the medical bills for thier dog that was also bitten but refused to cover costs for her and her boyfriends bites. Apperently the dogs owner is somehow connected with the town board and is related to several county deputies so nothing was ever done about the dog. I informed her of her rights no matter who owns the dog. I told her that if i was there with my wife and 2 yr old son i wouldnt have hesitated to shoot the dog to protect my family even if the owner and the cops were present. You gotta protect you and yours
