Diane F ... how about introducing ideas to get the great country, America, back on its feet economically! How about that consideration for once?

Sorry Dianne, but these firearms are for citizens who wish to protect themselves against tyranny in government. If you don't like it, then **** you. I'm tired of hearing this hunting ****.

The Second Amendment is not for hunting!!!

We knew this was coming and I figure most of us could have guessed it would be Feinstein and Shumer who got the ball rolling. Now we have to anticipate the damage they can do and take measures to insure that our elected representatives are going to have the balls to stand up to them.

Congress would NEVER propose a gun grab. Everyone knows that would lead to civil unrest and martial law. Full blown riots and a domestic war. Wouldnt never happen, dont be so feeble minded guys....

What is on the table is the AWB and high capacity magazines, and its coming fast. First item on the January 2013 agenda. And it will get passed quickly. Thats almost fact.

Stock up, since it wont be retroactive. It sucks. Might as well just brace yourselves for it.

They will use the IRS and the Interstate Commerce Act to control companies who make and market semi auto firearms. Any American company wishing to bid government contracts will have to agree to control sales to the civilian market.

Why are you so certain? I worry about it, but most people I take to ease my concerns and no one I know thinks its going to happen....

I remember back in 1994 when all my friends said it would never happen. Guess what , it happened. Stock up now while you still can.

I don't own an assault rifle because I don't feel the need,a good revolver and shotty is fine for me,but anyways to my question:Selling of High cap magazines after a ban like this...legal or illegal? All I keep thinking is"man,I could buy $2,000 in magazines now and make $20,000 in the end lol".

According to the WordWeb, the word prospectively pertains to the future, so she's wanting to cancel any future buys.
