I have followed the theory of the 4th turning and said there will be a black swan event that will really lead us into the period. Some believe that it was the financial crisis of 2008. I'm not so sure... I'm tending more towards a city like detroit declaring bankruptcy and cutting off the union pensions and the entitlements leading to urban riots rivaling the civil war.

Detroit never wanted any outside help. The City council is very corrupt.

We've always had corrupt Mayors and the dummies always re-elected them.

All of the large cities in America are broke. All of the large cities in America have failing schools. All the cities in America have major crime problems. All of the major cities have a Mayor???
