Default Democratic Underground Forum

As I do from time to time, I was peeking in the enemy's den. Tonight I went to this forum and found a bunch of anti-rights dribble. I decided to sign up and try and have an adult, civil and polite conversation.

Well, about 5 minutes after my first post I was banned and my comment deleted. In no way was I vulgar, trolling, or attacking/disrespecting other members.

I sent the admin this email, I'll post if he/she responds:

" Hi,
I recently signed up for your forum on Tuesday 10-15-2013. I made one post and then was banned from the forum. I support the 2nd Ammendment, and was hoping to have a rational and adult conversation with others on the forum. I said nothing vulgar, nor did I attack or disrespect another member. I was almost immediately banned and my post deleted.

This is not democratic and it is obvious your forum does not respect free speech and sharing of thoughts and ideas. It is obvious that only those who agree with your viewpoints are free to speak. I am a member of several pro 2A forums and they do not treat anti 2A types like I've been treated. They are allowed to speak as long as they are not "trolling", being vulgar, or attacking other members. This is how a civilized discussion is supposed to work, not silencing any opposing view points.

And to think your forum is called Democratic Underground. I liken it more to Communist Underground because only views you agree with may be expressed.

I would like to return to the forum to engage in adult discussions, but judged by how I've been treated so far I doubt you will allow that to happen.

Have a great day."

I've heard of others on here have the same results. It just amazes me these people want us to listen to them(and their emotional bs), but they won't in turn listen to us(and our logic and empirical evidence). So basically any view point they don't agree with is wrong and can't be spoken. What champions of civil rights the libs are, nothing but a gang of irrational communists.

Sounds just like it came from obamas play book. It's only called bi-partisan when you agree with him.

The mods were afraid. They didn't want you to have a chance to change anyones way of thinking.

They won't listen to ANY opposing opinions on that site. They're the left of the left, totally closed minded and in my opinion, not worth the time of day. A buddy of mine has been banned at least three times from that site. We log on there from time to time just to have a good laugh and see how stupid people can really be.

I urge everyone here to check them out. It helps us to know what the enemy is talking about and how they are doing it. I also cruised Brady and NAN. After I felt like I drank a case of Natural Ice and was repeatedly punched in the stomach, SICK.

It is enough to make you sick, it's hard to believe there are any Americans that believe the way they do. Sad thing about it is, if America ever goes south, they'll be the first in line to cry and whine about their "loss of rights". If any of them had to live under actual Marxist rule and the total destruction of human values it brings, they'd all fold and cry about their loss of freedom, and why can't I buy another "Playstation".

The Democrats and Liberals shout down speakers. Just as Obama uses the power of the IRS and NSA to control opposition. The Marxist see no problem using 4500 armed IRS Agents to enforce Obama Care. Hitler and his National Socialist party formed the SS to enforce the National Health Care in Germany. The Nazi Final Solution was the product of Nazi health care program.

I have found a certain common thought amongst people in elected positions, the liberal left and socialist/communist philosophy....that is, damage, destroy or eliminate any and all competition. There is no tolerance for opposing ideas, thinking or view points....the end justifies the means

The opposite of this is the idea that competition is good. Welcome debate and compete based on objective rules...may the best person win....the means justifies the ends.

Once you understand a person's philosophy or the politics of a group/individuals within the group there is a high probability that you can predict their behavior in certain situations....I find the interesting thing is that most people are totally unaware of just how predictable behavior can be once you understand a person's philosophy. So I am not surprised that the opposing view disdains a contest of wit and knowledge...it is competition and therefore must be banned and destroyed.
