Well I have taken this 'oath' MANY times, and your are 100% wrong.
Just because the individual LEO's do not have the integrity to 'support and defend the Constitution' does not mean they are right, only that they are weak!
It does not matter where in the 'government' you are, 'rights is right and wrong is wrong', but VERY FEW of us are willing to do the RIGHT thing when it means self sacrifice!

This is the exact same logic the Nazis soldiers in Germany used. I was just following orders. You are under no obligation to violate your oath. You can't have it both ways. You can't swear an oath to protect the constitution and then violate a citizens constitutional rights.
