I feel for ya, brother. The clock is ticking...that's an awful feeling!
The CCDL ( Connecticut citizens defense league ) has a suit going on right now, shrew vs. Malloy I believe. It is free to join the ccdl, they are a grass roots organization. They have monthly meetings second Tuesday of month tonight's is canceled due to weather. Worth looking into.

Does anyone know if the law has been challenged in court yet? I would move to the good old USA if I could. ( Where is the good old USA any way?)
They're going to try and take us one state at a time ... So far the plan is working.

In my humble opinion, this sort of bovine excrement is a perfect excuse for 80% lowers.

Seems like it would float, as long as the wrong people didn't see the results…..

But how would you register it?? No serial numbers. Regardless if it is "self made" it would still fall into assault weapon category so you'd be screwed

Well, I would assume that would be the sticky part. No way for them to know you had it, so you wouldn't register it. That's kinda one of the big draws for 80% lowers from what I hear. Although, if I'm not mistaken, you can put a serial # on a lower you build.

cts and duddie,

They need to push for a delay before they lose, sell or turn in anything. Im sure their attorney(s) know this. But get your name in the hat.

I was recently in a class action against Fedx. We did win but it tool 8 years before payout.

You said a mouthful! Those in the "Safe States" that dont think NY matters to you are wearing blinders. NY matters, in your 401K, your entertainment, vacations, electronics, clothing, jewelry and hundreds of other areas. You could do us all in NY a favor by putting the squeeze on our Governor and telling him why your doing it. Its all about the money, If you inadvertently or purposely spend yours in my state your feeding the beast.

When the beast is done feasting on our rights, he's coming after yours. If you dont believe that, step out from under that rock ad look up!
