Without this incident, it would have been impossible for the current administration to enact any firearms regulations. Now I am not so sure.
If I may address some of your points:

You have no proof that this will reduce deaths. In 1991, a man armed with two revolvers killed 16 people.

The Average American CAN own more powerful arms with proper documentation and licenses, included those items you mentioned. Currently, 32 states allow Private Ownership of FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPONRY!

In a recent poll by Yahoo, 45% of Americans who participated were FOR arming teachers. MANY teachers are FOR carrying Concealed Weapons for self defense while at school.

The Obama Administration didn't need anything more to advance the stripping of Rights from the American Public other than having been re-elected to another four years.

PS In a new poll by US News and World Report, a poll asking 'whether Teachers should be allowed to be armed' shows Overwhelming support by the participants thus far. Ninety-eight plus percent (98%+) thus far!

I can't believe these people on TV flat out rejecting armed security or CC in schools. They are fools.

Sorry if i missed it earlier in the thread.
I think Conn. outlawed the Colt AR15 and they didn't understand that all the other AR15 clones were going to be allowed to be sold in their state, the Bushmaster etc, etc.

She is right and speaks well. I like the editing too.
I would like to see her in a bikini too...

I have been playing violent video games and watching violent movies for years. I haven't even been in a fight since 7th grade. It's not the video games, or movies. They don't effect normal people like that. You have to already have serious mental problems in order for video games/movies to have any kind of effect like that on you.
