Yes, Walmart never stopped selling Modern Sporting Rifles at our store. I think Walmart learned a lesson when they dropped hand guns for Clinton. That cost them a pile of bucks. The marketing idea is guns get the men to shop with the wife. This sells more high end items TVs etc.

I don't trust them anymore besides there's MidwayUSA (which is excellent btw) new places like AIMsurplus and "Gunup", so screw it.

I can't recall ever shopping there, and I never will. Even if that story was true, they are price gouging. They are trying to profit over a tragedy, and a possible ban. That is inexcusable. I usually buy from Midway anyways.

I am betting they were delaying until the buying frenzy drove the prices high enough to want to "service their customers."

I am not employed by them just a long time customer.

It is true they jacked up thoier prices. but at a time when everyone else is sold OUT how could they not?
Once they sell the mags there are proably none comoing for a couple months.

I rather have a store where i cna buy a mag for 29.95 ( PMag price yesterday evening) than not at all.

There is a supplier in Columbia, SC Palmetto Supply. They are good folks and reliable. They had a problem with getting behind shipping but have it under control now. Link: http://palmettostatearmory.com/
