That's a double edged sword. Saying: "If he wasn't here illegally, he wouldn't have been charged" is all fine and good, until you cool down a bit and look at the evidence.
Being illegal is one of the easiest things to rely upon when setting a guy up. What did it take, 9 years to bring charges and than another half year to bring this guy to "justice"?
Think about that for a minute. Just pause as a forward thinking American and think.
This is an illegal immigrant that was allegedly
commiting similiar crimes?? For 9 years, but the guy in question is now 27?! So at the tender age of 18 not only did he cross several borders, but he had enough of a degree in criminal science to avoid detection by local and federal authorites!??!
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot over!?
Either this is the smartest, most gifted, "still illegal" immigrant on the planet, or something isn't quite right.
Why would someone "that gifted" at getting away with crime not be able to get accurate ID and make himself a "legal" immigrant?
At the age of 18 he is so smart he can get away with killing a FBC Intern, which you know full well had EVERYONE with a badge looking for the guy. But he can just slip by and yet isn't smart enough to leave the area, change his M.O. or alter his signature?!
That doesn't strike ANYONE as odd???
