The owners of magazines holding more than 7 rounds have one year to dispose of them. That means millions of large mags will flood America. I expect Obama and Biden to want these cut up by New York State. Most gun owners will be disarmed with in 12 Mos. There is no way millions of 7 shot mags can be produced.
What about all those women who are armed against felons?
