California permit to buy AMMO
Yes I just heard it on Fox news. New legislation being proposed in California to require a permit and background check just to purchase ammo. Also they are proposing outlawing bullet buttons. I will post the link as soon as it hits their website

I just heard that too, they also said that they will most likely pass too. It looks like Californians are in for an up hill battle.

If I remember right, a small town in Georgia required everyone within the city limits to have a gun at home back in the 80's

This is no more than another way these California politician scum are angling to grabbing more of our money to line their own pockets and support more of their effin' entitlement programs. You watch, if this passes, not one cent will go into any programs they claim will be in effect to stem so called gun violence. The dirty rotten Mother f@&kers.

Hey MRM14. 
In the city of Sacramento, it is already required to show a picture ID, provide a thumbprint and sign a form stating which ammo you bought and the quantities.

Don't know but doubt it--
Same as requiring everyone to NOT have a guns as far as rights go-
