Wiseman3,

I have been hoping that California will stop importing liberals into Texas who don't want to pay tribute to their state and local governments and that people like you will move here and enjoy the benefits of a mostly free state instead of wishing that their fellow Californians will be killed by an earthquake.

Microstamping is part of the nanny state mentality where everything is tracked and "controlled" by the government. If it were even possible, it would still be waste of time and money. People who commit crimes need to be prosecuted, not the person who owned an object that was used in a crime.
