Default Brady Campaign

So what is next? Are we going to start suing the auto manufacturers and liquor manufacturers for drunk drivers?

The grounds are not there for such a lawsuit against the web site.

It is possible that should a member of the website go against policy and federal law, that the seller and/or buyer could be sued.

Brady doesn't care if they win the lawsuit. They have lawyers on retainer they have to pay whether they are working or not. Brady will push frivolous lawsuits forward just to make firearms vendors waste resources. Some of the lawsuits Brady brings forward are so ludacris the defendants don't properly prepare and Brady wins.

PETA operates in the same manner. PETA stopped the opossum drop in Brasstown, NC by winning a frivolous lawsuit. The people of Brasstown thought the lawsuit was so silly the didn't even bother with hiring an attorney. They let the town attorney handle the case and he lost it. Hopefully, Armslist will take this suit seriously and hire the best attorney they can afford.

John, you are on the mark with the frivolous law suits. They don't have to be right, they just have to have more money. If the defendant goes broke in the law suite then it is a win for Brady.
