Ruger screwed up by trying to work with these people. Clearly he knows that: go to the Ruger website his letter writing tools are all about 2a rights. If a person can't let that one go then I suspect they don't let go of much

Oh that was before my time, I think I'm getting an SP-101 for my birthday in 2 days, that would be a huge bummer for me if they were agaised us.

Well crap, Tack. If I can't buy from those three I can't buy anything but Ruger, and I already have everything of theirs that I want. I'm certainly not going to buy junk just to make a political statement. Hmm. Maybe it's time for that new TV.

These gun companies, especially if they are publicly owned, have as their first responsibility the need to provide shareholder value. Unlike you or me, they have a lot more to deal with than just 'being with us' . They make guns for a living so of course they are with us. There are long standing relationships involved here between law enforcement organizations and the manufacturers.

Put it in perspective: if one of these companies has to lay off folks due to boycotts of various states, that sucks. Lots of money involved here folks, and the reality is if everyone who has ever looked at this site stopped buying firearms from these companies, it would not show up on their bottom line. Give this some time before we decide who is 'against us'

I don't blame these companies for still selling to law enforcement. What are the suppose to do leave cops without guns? It's a catch 22.
