Birmingham MI Teen Open Carry Rifle Case
Short story first, NOT GUILT ON ALL COUNTS
Obstruction of Justice (aka refusing to follow the unlawful order to turn over his ID), thrown out by the judge, that didn't even get to the jury
Brandishing - decision was reached early in the deliberation, but not immediately revealed.
Disturbing the peace - this is the one that took the longest to decide. My speculation the ONE anti gun juror wanted to hold out to punish him in some way for daring to exercise his RIGHTS.
Sean was a brave young man, who exercised his rights and then refused to back down to the illegal orders of the police. I applaud and respect him.
I hope his attorney will publish a trial summary later and will post it after he offers it up.

Since when do we have to show "papers" when not breaking the law or entering a restricted area? Where am I?

Very good, sounds like the law was followed in this case not just interpreted.
