You make no sense what so ever by this statement! The reason the Jim Crow laws were struck down is because the states have no authority to restrict or deny the rights addressed in the BOR's. This is why the lesser jurisdictions can not simply suspend the rights addressed in the BOR's, the Maranda warning is a prime example of this. It applies to ANY persons in ALL jurisdictions who are subjected to 'custodial interrogation' from shoplifting to treason.
You are the one who is has it bass ackwards not me.
The question is how can the 'system' say this applies to all of the rights EXCEPT the RTKABA's??????????????

The NRA doesn't hate guns per se, they are just into profiteering based upon scaring us into thinking that if we don't give them this week's paycheck, we'll all have our guns confiscated tomorrow. They have gone (sometime in the distant past) from a "club" that supported the development of facilities and enjoyable activities for gun owners to an extortion racket that uses scare tactics to get money from a few million people.

We can end the " infighting " easily : Simply get all gun rights organizations to agree never to support any 'gun control' law . Until then, expect us to expose the double-dealers who, for example, helped write a ban on armor-piercing ammo . They told us this defused the issue . They told the cops that this law protected them .

WE SURE GOT A LOT OF ENEMIES, DON'T WE? These enemies, I don't know what to say exactly, my frustrations cannot be put into words. They don't see that we are the first ones who pick up our Rifles and Pistols to defend the defenseless.

Speak for yourself. Out of respect for their belief that no one should own a gun for anything other than hunting (if even that), I will not use any of my guns to defend their lives. I carry for me and mine, and I am under no obligation to defend anyone else.

This is from last summer! Just found it.
Now compare your own arguments.

Unconstitutional. Okay.

So the civil rights laws were constitutional.

Trying to contradict me, both of you contradict each other. It is because the Constitution gives both Congress and the States certain authorities, and those are not mutually exclusive. If you want to stick to the document, look up Article One, the "proper and necessary" clause.

Who defined the "anti-gun" criteria in the compilation of the lists?

As I scrolled down the list it brought to mind the "Black Lists" of the 1950s. McCarthy would have recognized it.

It is propaganda in its purest form, it is made to mislead and incite. Works good doesn't it?

Well, if you have read the documents released after the fall of the Soviet Union you would realize that McCarthy was actually correct. There were a ton of Communists in Hollywood and Government working against our country. So what was your point again??? 😆
