Default best come back to no guns no crime argument ever

herd the best argument to use against All them people that have the crazy notion That if we can only get rid of the guns . The would would suddleny be no crime or wars. Jails and prisons are truly gun free. But the inmates are constantly harming or killing each other if the guard weren't their to keep them from killing each other

You could just slap the crap out of them, demonstrating that assault and battery require no firearms.

Yep it would just be a different kind of violence, the kind where the small and weak would be at the mercy of these thugs.

Remember when the Aussies passed their no gun policy? They switched to knives and sticks. Still have the same amount of violence, too. Great job!

If the stats are to be believed then violent crime is MUCH higher now then it was.

Once again I agree with Gello's approach.

It would be impossible to rid the usa of guns and it would only create a black market for them. In those countries where guns are banned, stabbings are very high as people who will kill will kill with what they have.

In my experience there are three types of anti gunners

Those who know better, they seek disarmament through the guise of public safety.

Sheep. No amount of logic can change their minds, they follow the first group blindly and apparently lack the ability to form their own opinions.

Then there are the uneducated or the misinformed, these can understand logic and are the only group that you aren't wasting your breath on. It's difficult to tell the difference between 2 and 3 at first but becomes apparent fairly quickly
