Where is the ban that is being petitioned against? Is this for the ones that still exist in some states? Or is this for one that we think might be placed on the docket in the future?

I would say that it will have to cover all of them or it is a waste of time.

10-4, same here. My understanding is that even if Democrats were to overtake both Senate and House, there is not enough votes since not all Democrats are for AWB 2.

This is for the un trearty, for a future ban, and all present bans. There's no law against any fire arm that is legal accoding to our second amendment....no bs taxes are needed, and why cant we own full autos without having to pay $15000. They may say "why do you need full auto" but i say "why do they need to keep them from us"....what are they afraid of, losing power, money, there job. Well i say "they never had it!"
