I think that is an exageration; not all readers would simply dismiss a point that wasn't properly punctuated or perhaps wasn't entirely grammatically correct. There can be little doubt that a truly closed-minded person can more easily dismiss a statement or idea that isn't presented in a clear manner, but i don't think an idea has to be presented using perfect spelling and grammer to be clear. Further, a truly closed-minded person won't be much swayed by even a very well-written argument or statement of position.

Personally, i appreciate the passion expressed in some grammatically imperfect rants.

It is a very sad thing that the GCA of 1968 has a provision that allows the bureaucrats in the white house to outlaw guns based on something so ill-defined as "sporting purposes".

It is also very sad that those who claimed to support our Second Amendment rights let this provision of the GCA of 1968 remain in place. They ran the entire US governament for years and did nothing for law abiding gun owners.

Pulled from the Saiga forum site, they were talking about the Taurus 28 Gauge Revolver. What is next, Taurus Judge and S&W Governor on the ban list.

Granted, I love to have the Taurus 28 Gauge Revolver; but, the cost of the 28 gauge ammo.
