That's good news. Sadly, it doesn't end with him.

Poink88 06-21-2011 02:06 PM

I bet he is a patsy for the Dem's who probably planned this from the very beginning to be used as anti-gun propaganda for the coming election. Good that it backfired.

They are wanting to replace Kenneth Melson with Andrew Traver the biggest anti-gun/anti-rights ass wipe in the world.

CA357 06-21-2011 02:34 PM

Holder should step down too.

Sonnypie 06-21-2011 02:46 PM

Yeah, I'd agree with him being the fall guy.
There always is one. Then everything is rosy because "We fired the bad guy." OK, so they claim he "stepped down".
Sigh....
This junk never ends.

Got Ammo?

The fact that Melson was kept on so long as acting head makes you wonder if maybe it wasn't the plan all along to use him as the high-level sacrifice if/when Gunwalker became public knowledge.

Holder almost certainly did know about this and he had a plausible interest in Gunwalker (Fast & Furious) going forward: it gave him the ammunition to call for even tighter gun control laws.

What SHOULD happen (but won't) is Holder should go to prison and the ATF should be dissolved.
