The problem here is the public at large is going to deem it

acceptable when Holder is held out as a scapegoat.

Think about this for a minute, if any of us were involved

in a F&F type scandal, would not BATFE hold each and every one of us,

on every single count, for full prosecution?

Sure they would. And we wouldn't just be required to quit our jobs; we would spend a decade or more in federal prison. That same penalty should be handed to Holder, Breuer, Melson and a number of other officials; no one is above the law.

What remains to be seen is whether Obama knew about this or the degree to which he had a hand in it. Given Obama's anti-gun voting record and rhetoric, it is possible F&F was concocted by him or his advisors.

As for the ATF itself, it should not exist in the first place. Dissolving it and NOT turning its responsibilities over to any other department is what should happen. But it won't.

.....Nothing to see here folks, move along..........

See,the thing is that WE are the LAW TAKERS and THEY are the LAW MAKERS.

We've allowed them to concoct new avenues of government power by mis-"interpreting" the Constitution for almost a century now.And now they believe they can make and have enforced any law about any thing imaginable,so when they do something like this,it was all "in good faith" in order to provide for "law and order",you see.......and its gotten to the point where the LAW MAKERS are not subject to the same laws as we,the LAW TAKERS.

And this is our fault, you see.

We LET them.

I believe Thomas Jefferson talked about the need for a revolution every 20 years,so that those in government knew damn well that We The People still had a spirit of resistance to tyranny.

We are

LONG

Overdue!!!

This is really simple.

Anybody involved in Gunwalker needs to be fired for cause,

lose all job benefits, and be thrown in prison, then tried on

an assortment of felonies, for which, IIRC, BATFE

wrote most of the laws
. Straw purchasing, and

willful and irresponsible dereliction of duty which contributed to

the death of L E O s. HELLO? ANY POLICE OFFICERS

OUT THERE PISSED ABOUT THIS? YOU COULD BE NEXT!!
