Default Article claiming guns are already allowed in some schools

I just read this article claiming that some states already allow people to carry at schools. Now I have heard of the small town in Texas that has allowed teachers to carry since '08. But this article is talking about something else. Have any of you heard of this? This article claims that in some states, all you need is written approval from the Principal or the Superintendent. What do you all think about this?

I read something about this on the msnbc.com news page.

I also found this interesting:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2012/12/14/connecticut-school-shooting-gun-control/1770345/

This lawyer talks about "gun-free-zones" and false sense of security.

Utah allows concealled carry in schools by anyone with a Utah concealed carry permit. But they don't have reciprocity for anyone else as far a schools go.
