He was from Albany NY& had Both Year & Masters Degrees From RPI...Very Bright Man from what I have Heard.

I dunno for sure, but maybe it's because we have learned from our own bad experiences, and those of our friend and ally Israel, that if you don't kill rattlesnakes in their dens, you end up having to kill them in your children's bedroom.
