section 24-1 Unlawful use of Weapons paragraph 4 section iii STATES!

(not in these exact words) basically you can concealed carry a fire arm in a case... unloaded

YES this sucks but i THINK its all we have

a concealed carry fanny pack does function as a "case" it does NOT say it needs to be locked

...so basically we just have to be able to load and unlock quick as hell

meh....its something

Make sure you have y our FOID card in possession at the time engagement as well!!! SOrry you have to endure.....moved from IL 15 years ago across the river. What a difference!
