Does the new regulation include pathological liars as one of the "mental defectives" who ought not own firearms, I wonder?

Axx, Federal Law has made it clear all existing laws must remain in effect. All employers can require drug testing and employees may be dismissed with out recourse for drug abuse. If Colorado Laws attempts to regulate employers rights regarding drugs on private property the DEA will enforce Federal law on Colorado.

i wonder if more companies in Colorado will be doing more random drug tests now?

you're right, it's rather confusing. state law now makes it legal to buy and use pot, but it's still against federal law, and companies can still not hire and fire people for using something that is now legal in the state of Colorado.

gives me a headache trying to decypher all that mess.

Right now B.O. is so unpopular,

he probably can't make a fart stink.

Just sayin'...

By "mentally disturbed" would that include antis who are, obviously,

by the expression on their faces, extremely sexually frustrated, and in need of

passing gas, for the first time in ten years?

According to the ama the desire to own a firearm for hunting makes you mentally ill. They have released articles in their journal on that topic. There are a lot of doctors that think if you go fishing your mentally ill. There are doctors that think if you own a car that runs on gasoline and don't have a wind turbine in your yard you are mentally ill.

IF it was limited to those that have been adjudicated in a court of law as it is now it wouldn't be an issue...

Doctors are the last person to see some one before they died? I wonder can you trust people with a record like that?

Those "doctors" are the psychiatrists that make bad diagnosis every day. The problem with that profession is they cannot be held liable for irresponsible decisions. Psychiatry is not a exact science but merely opinion based and therefore, they can say whatever they want and with even the most insignificant and meaningless form of facts to back up their opinion, they are immune to liability.

OK, see, this is the crap Ive been talking about, people chuckled, chortled and chided us in Unfree states of the union for not running to free states. All you not New Yorkers out there that thought you were safe from the "Safe Act", you were wrong! Coumo-Bergs Safe Act will be coming to you in bits and pieces; one executive action, order or senate vote at a time and your gonna get it FOOG whether you asked for it or not.

You really didnt think Bobo Bite me had his big committee on how to fix America and nothing was gonna come out of it did you? Christmas is over but the gifts just keep coming in! First they want any returning War Vet to be classified as PTSD until proven otherwise and then they do the same with the regular people! "Sure I'm gonna seek a little psyc help from a Dr knowing I will lose my rights because of it", that makes perfect sense doesnt it?????

Can we all start figuring out how to save the damn nation now instead of just hiding in Safe Corners? Before you know it, there wont be any safe places to hide FOOG! I know it sounds crazy but our numbers together are crazy huge, we just havent realized that yet. Say what you want about The Duck Dynasty Scandal but you should have learned that we have much more power than we know! It was a damn TV show but it brought tens of millions to the table in shorter time than it took to conquer Grenada!

Anti 2A sentiments should be able to rally 100,000,000 voices of protest, right now, were more like a DNC rally in Augusta GA!

The NICS Improvement Act Of 2007 passed both houses of the US congress by wide margins and was signed into law early in 2008 by president Bush. It came about because of the nutcase in VA who murdered lots of college students. Turns out the turd should have been barred from buying a gun; but someone forgot to inform the NICS.

How NICS works:

http://www.bjs.gov/index.cfm?ty=tp&tid=49

Well, i did some research into this one. Would you believe some states have been reporting their adjudicated mental cases to NICS for years. Yep, among those states is Indiana. Nothing from the mental patients health record is transmitted to NICS. This is how it works in Indiana:

https://secure.in.gov/judiciary/jtac/2652.htm

Personally, i do not want mental cases who are a threat to others running around with guns. Fighting this one is a non-gainer for us. This is an election year. God forbid, that some fruitcake kills a large number of people this year with a semi-auto rifle; because the US congress will pass gun control legislation.
