Missed one,number 10. I avtually answered yes since those items are available with proper licensing.

I missed number 10 also. However, class III weapons are legal to own and "assault rifle" is a very vague and in my opinion mis-used term.

As far as I'm concerned, those things are protected by the 2nd Amendment regardless of what the laws says.
