How things have changed.
You have to wonder why we have a "gun Problem" now. I was not that way when a lot of us carried a rifle down main street without attracting a swat team.

When I was in High School I bought several gun, including handguns, with out filling out any paper work. We would put our guns in our cars and would go hunting after school. We had 'real' guns in our senior play with blanks.
But as I elated to in my earlier post, common sense is a lost commodity in the USA today!
Just keep in mind, progressives are the most dishonest, ruthless people in the world and they are in control of our country!

Regarding the misinformed, or uninformed, interpretation by dingbats like Feinstein of "AR" as "assault rifle". It shows that they don't even bother to learn anything about the subject but still try to cram laws down our throats under the assumption that the general public is as ignorant as our illustrious members of congress are. Feinstein suffers from delusions of grandeur, or maybe delusions of adequacy, a common ailment among our "elected(?)" officials. This in spite of the fact of Feinstein's concealed weapons permit. But these clowns regard themselves to be a higher form of life, with priviledges the lowly public shouldn't be trusted with.

Those were held in common by the Militia as a whole, not an individual solider.

Why can't I have a tank if I can afford one? Any regulations that inhibit my ability to anything the military has access to should be seen as unconstitutional. Being the pricing of many things like subs and missiles nuke or otherwise I think they have a way of staying out of the average persons hands anyway.
It's really this simple. How can anyone think it's a good idea to allow the very group of people we may have top protect ourselves from be the ones that regulate what I'm allowed to protect myself with? Seems pretty stupid to me but so do a major group of Americans. When who wins Idol or Survivor is more well known than what the people we elect to represent us are doing that shows me a serious lack of critical thinking.

Yep. I'd like to have my own old F4B Phantom II to fly around in, and some Sidewinders and Sparrows in case I get pi$$ed at my neighbors, but I'd need a few megabucks to be able to buy it and cover the care and feeding of it.

Then there'd be a hangar, maintenance facility, runway, catapult, and arresting gear. Mommy, can I have a hundred megabucks please? Please?
