I know quite a few Mini owners (including me) end up using an alternative optics mount...now I find myself needing a set of factory rings...should have kept a set...

Unless you have to have the factory rings, the Millet angle lock windage adjustable are about the best direct mount ring going.
They allow for fine adjustment so your scope gets mounted perfectly. The Ruger rings do not allow for any adjustment and if the mounts are cut off, even slightly, you cannot get your scope perfectly aligned which could hurt the scope.
