Just recently shot my mini14 bought from a friend a year ago. Never had a recycling problem on brass case ammo using the OEM 5 rnds clip when i first had it. Finally got around using the 2 30 rnd hi-cap mags a couple of days ago using Tullamo and had a lot of FTF recycling issues. My Stag AR15 on the other hand cycled & ate all steel case Tulammo. Anyways just found out it maybe the aftermarket no name mags thas causing the problem. Does anyone have FTF or cycle problems with this Tulammo steel case ammo?

Never had any issues with Tulammo in 7.62x39 or in 9mm. Both of my SKSs eat it up. I fire it through my hi-point also, whenever I decide to dig it out of the bottom of my safe.

Never had problem on Colt 1911 or Glock 23. Did have issues, failure to fire or cycle on Kahr Pm9 for the 1st time. Had like 4/6 missfire and use the same missfire ammo on FN9m and it fired without problem.
I don't have any experience with the no name mags but I've always heard if you don't but ruger mags for your mini 14/30 then your likely to have problems. I have 3 ruger 20 round mags for my mini 30 and I haven't had and problems with them. I did have some feeding issues but that was the after market stock that was on it. I put the original on and it fixed the problem
Another vote for mag-related issues. I've never run Tula through my Mini, but I know that the one no-name mag someone gave me caused more FTFs than I thought possible.
I quickly trashed it so it wouldn't be inadvertently picked up and taken hunting...
EDIT: I'm seeing lots of familiar names around here... This place suits me just fine.
