I was thinking of drilling all the way through the gas block, and using a rollpin to mount it.

I am still wondering about how well the finish matches on the stainless version also? The Ruger stainless finish seems very dull and matted, whill the Mo-Rod seems much shinier, and I was wondering if it could be bead blasted to match a little better?

Not a big deal since I am waiting for Z-Mans guide/book to come out before I make up my mind, also I am slowly building up high capacity mags for it...

It's funny that I come across this post because your original work has been resurrected recently. The rumor is that you died leaving your original work unfinished. Everyone wanted to know if you put a muzzle break on that rifle and how it fared.

That article still gets read quite a bit, maybe the new guns won't be so hard to tame. I have found that magazine tweaking helps improve groups. I went out and shot this weekend with 1 mag shooting 4'' group, picked up a mag that was tweaked and was able to get 4/5 shots less than 1".

I will start a new thread with pictures of my mags tweak and see if that helps everyone see and do what I do. It makes a big difference with good ammo.
